They were amazing to work with, she listened to every idea and helped shaped my vision! Her and her staff took extra steps to ensure everything was taken care of - I would highly recommend!!
Flowers were alright, prices are competitive, but the owner is very difficult to get in touch with, not showing up for appointments or answering phone calls. I ordered flowers for my wife for mother's day, they were correct, but she misspelled our last name twice, in two different ways. Understandable if the order was placed over the phone, but it was done online, spelled correctly on the order form. They called my wife to say that her flowers were on the way, then didn't show up all day until she called to remind them again. Just made us feel like we were never a priority to them.
No one showed up for our appointment. We drove out 40 minutes from Winnipeg, waited another 15-20 minutes and called twice but no answer. Definitely disappointed as we were looking forward to the consultation.
My experience dealing with the owner of Little Flower Shop was very pleasant. I contacted her from Toronto and she responded promptly and put together a beautiful arrangement on time and on budget. She even delivered outside of her regular delivery zone for a fair fee.
I am out of province and wanted to send flowers to an aunt and cousins after the loss of my uncle. After a bad experience sending flowers with a phone call, I was a little leary. However, my expectations were met and exceeded. My aunt was thrilled with the arrangement she received, all names were spelled correctly on the card and the charge was exactly as we discussed.
